Our Philosophy We believe that customer service and our relationship with the customer is paramount. British businesses seem to have lost the art of good customer service and replaced it with the need for bigger and bigger profit margins. Our unique approach to charges Throughout the IT industry, it is common for companies to bill on a per hour or part thereof basis, or even on a per half day basis. This means that you end up paying for two hours or more when the engineer did one hour and ten minutes work. At It Bytes, we charge only for what we do. If a job takes 15 minutes, we charge for 15 minutes. We do this by charging on a per fifteen minute basis to the nearest fifteen minutes. We will even discount the bill if we feel that a job should have been completed in less time. There are no minimum callout charges or hidden costs. At It Bytes, if you are a regular user of our on site services, your telephone support will be free. To the best of our knowledge, this is a service that is unique to It Bytes. Registered charity discount scheme It Bytes has provided services to registered charities such as St. Giles Hospice in Lichfield and Twycross Zoo. We are pleased to discount our on site services by 33% for registered charities. |
